WordPress Care Plans

Reliable WordPress Support Without the Hassle

Managing a WordPress site requires ongoing attention: security updates, plugin compatibility, performance monitoring, backups, and fixing issues before they become emergencies.

Most businesses either ignore maintenance until something breaks, pay overseas support services that don’t understand their business, or waste internal time on technical tasks that should be handled by an expert.

I provide WordPress care plans for businesses that want their sites professionally maintained without the drama of emergency fixes or unreliable vendors.

Custom Care Plans

Need something different? I create custom care plans for businesses with specific requirements, multiple sites, or higher support needs. This might include dedicated development hours, advanced integrations, custom reporting, or white-label support for agencies.

Contact me to discuss custom plan options.

Additional Services

Beyond your monthly plan, additional work is billed at $150/hour. This includes major feature development, design changes, complex integrations, or support hours beyond your plan limits.

Monthly plan hours don’t roll over, but I’m flexible about occasionally going slightly over when it makes sense for the project.

Why This Approach Works

Direct access: You work with me, not a ticket system or rotating support staff who don’t know your site.

Proactive maintenance: Issues get caught and fixed before they become emergencies.

Business focus: I understand marketing and business goals, not just WordPress technical details.

No surprises: Transparent pricing with predictable monthly costs instead of emergency invoices.

Who This Is For

These plans are a good fit if your WordPress site is important to your business and can’t afford downtime, you want professional maintenance without hiring internal staff, you value working with someone who understands both WordPress and business, or you’re tired of unreliable or unresponsive support.

This is not a fit if you’re looking for the cheapest possible option, you need 24/7 instant support (I maintain business hours), or you want someone to manage your hosting on a shared account (I work with quality hosting providers, not budget shared hosting).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Give 30 days notice if you want to cancel.

What happens if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Additional work is billed at $150/hour. I’ll always let you know before doing work that exceeds your plan limits.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes, through LargeMountain. LargeMountain provides managed WordPress hosting with automated maintenance – ideal for clients who want reliable infrastructure without active hands-on support. WordPress Care Plans can work with LargeMountain hosting or your existing quality hosting provider. If you need both hosting and active support, I can bundle them together.

What’s the difference between LargeMountain hosting and WordPress Care Plans?

LargeMountain provides managed hosting infrastructure with automated updates and backups -set-it-and-forget-it reliability. WordPress Care Plans provide active, hands-on support where you work directly with me for updates, fixes, strategy, and ongoing improvements. Many clients use both: LargeMountain for infrastructure, Care Plans for active management.

How fast do you respond to issues?

Critical issues (site down, security breach) get immediate attention during business hours. Non-critical requests are typically handled within 1-2 business days. Professional Plan clients get priority response.

What if my site gets hacked?

Security monitoring catches most issues before they become problems. If your site does get compromised, cleanup is included for Essential and Professional plan clients. Sites not on a care plan are billed hourly for emergency cleanup.
